Information on data protection
During all data processing actions (e.g. collecting, processing and transmission), we proceed according to legal provisions. The following declaration gives you an overview of the type of data collected, how it is used and relayed, which safety measures we take to protect your data and how you can receive information on the data supplied to us.

§ 1 Collection and storage of personal data
Personal data is individual information on the personal and factual conditions of a specific or definable natural person, such as your name, your address, your telephone number, your date of birth, your banking details as well as your IP address. When visiting our website the following data is recorded, whereby the data is collected and stored exclusively for internal system-related and statistical purposes: name of page called up, of the browser used, of the operating system and of the domain accessed, date and time of access, search engine used, name of downloaded files and your IP address. All data regarding your usage, especially also your IP address, will be deleted as soon as possible, at the latest directly after the end of the usage process.
Further personal information will only be captured within the context of a contact form that we present to companies and agencies, in which you can tell us how you would like us to contact you. For postal deliveries, and to determine if you are part of the trade circles we address, we therefore need your name and complete postal address.

For deliveries to the e-mail address supplied by you, you will first be sent an automatic email with an activation link to the email address supplied. After you have confirmed the activation link, we will send you the requested information.

§ 2 Usage, disclosure and deletion of personal data
We use the personal data that you have made available to us to answer your queries, as well as for the purpose of the technical administration of the websites. Your personal data will not be disclosed, sold or otherwise transferred to third parties. Furthermore, we do not rule out that we will transfer anonymised usage data for market research purposes. Thereby, identifying users is impossible. We point out that, in individual cases, we are entitled to furnish particulars on data by order of the relevant authority, if this is necessary for the purpose of prosecution, for protection against threats by the police authorities of federal states, to fulfil statutory duties of the offices for the protection of the constitution of the federal government and the federal states, the Federal Intelligence Service or the Military Counter-Intelligence Service or for asserting rights to intellectual property.

§ 3 Safety advisory notice
We have taken multiple safety measures to protect personal data to an appropriate extent and adequately. Our data banks are protected through physical and technical measures as well as operational measures, which limit access to the information to specially authorised persons in accordance with this data protection declaration.

Our information system is located behind a firewall in order to prevent access by other networks that are connected to the Internet. Only employees who require the information in order to fulfil a specific task are granted access to personal data. Our employees are trained with regard to safety and data protection practices. We point out that email messages transmitted via the Internet on standard data cables cannot be secured. Therefore, these are not protected against possible access by third parties.

§ 4 Cookies
We do not use cookies on our internet pages.

§ 5 Right to information
You have the right at any time to free information on the data stored about your person, and possibly a right to correct, block or delete this data as well as origin and recipient, as well as the purpose of data processing. We will delete your data with us if deletion has been legally prescribed, at the latest, however, two years after your last visit via a contact form.
